I think we have to change a North Korea leader first before having discussion.
A crazy person can't talk with a normal person normally. If we can talk with Kim Jung-eun, maybe it is not for reunification. Before discussion, we need a person who can talk with us rationally and normally. So I think we have to change a North Korea leader first by disunion in North Korea. For example, we find someone who can help and communicate with us in North Korea. we can help him to mount a coup. Or Instigating North Korea people to demonstration with him will be a better idea. After disunion, he will be a new North Korea leader. Then we can discuss with North Korea. Anyway we need a normal North Korea leader who can sympathize, communicate and converse.

Sending a young hero who can change North Korea
North Korea need a Hero like Che Guevara.
North Korea people who controlled by dictator is being wanted to change their country, but there is no courage man and hero yet.
So, we have to send patriotic, disciplined and young, honesty, leadership boy to the North Korea. then, the young spy will perform like che Guevara.
For example, gathering a guerilla band in the North Korea.
The young boy will change North Korea slowly and naturally inside North.

I think that the idea of kim jung eun is must change.
so, we start policy like sunshine policy.
we need to approach intimate to North Korea.
give Korea's snack to kim jung eun.Almost Korea's snacks are very expensiv compared to the amount. So kim jung eun will mistake that Korea has inflation. kim jung eun will have confidence and will go discussion.
North Korea does not have the variety of the chicken. On the other hand, South Korea is a curry chicken, garlic chicken, barbecued chicken and so diverse. My idea is simple. Kim Jong-un eat South Korea's chicken. As a result, Kim Jong-un will be surprised and interested for the chicken flavor. And he will want to have a discussion table.

When they work on there, we have to show them good aspect of South Korea and teach them the situation of North Korea.

Pyeongchang is close to North Korea. And North Korean athletes and South Korea athletes combined forces players to create a team. It is more competitive and a good way to increase championship. Doing so we bring North Korea to the discussion table.

And If the South Korea team won,North Korea must be involved in the discussion.

Second it is good to play sports game each team such as soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis , tabble tennis and so on.
I think that we export smart home appliances. Smart home appliances include South Korea culture. So South Korea culture invade North Korean. Example freedom, concept of democracy, South Korea economics size are melted in culture.
So North Korean realize wrong idea of dictator Kim jung eun.

It's the best way not giving them any food, product, service. And get the trade partners to stop trading. Then North Korea will be desparate to get food. And then we tell North Korea that we will give them food if they finish discussion.
To bring North Korea to the discussion table, We will make a common enemy between North Korea and South Korea. For example, Dominium trouble between my country and Japan may be trigger of cooperation. If they will be able to be part owner of Dokdo, they discuss Dominium trouble with us. North Korea is now a big problem. We have to be friendly with them to be united. Firstly, South Korea have to isolate their financial help. It will be really big problem for them. They really have to have financial help now. Their citizens really starving now. And this can affect Kim Jungen's state. So it is really important. Second, I think we can have something like Olympic only South Korea and North Korea play. Sports can connect their nations. In conclusion financial help and sport activity can affect North Korea
