Comparing university campus life in North America and Korea.

What is the difference the two campus regarding assignment?
In my opinion, the North American style is better.
there are many assignment in the North American Universities more than Korea Universities, and most of Korea University students don’t want many assignment, so most of them study hard only on the examination period. this is what I’m saying. I don’t like this system. as you said, North American University classes almost less than korea university classes. so the students can have more self times every 5 days. In that time, the students more study by oneself. then, the students can increase self-concentration and thinking. also, students are not much influenced by midterm exam and final exam, because there are many assignment. so the only students who study steadily can get a good grade. and I think, this is the real study.

In my opinion, North America university's tuition is more expensive than Korea university's tuition. But Korea university students spend studying major subject. and students must be submitting many assignment everyday. So Korea students very very tired. Korea students effort to get a job. Korea students go university 80%. But North america students go university 20%. North america students spend time party, free time, sport, etc.... University's major purpose is to understand What do they want , what do they be job so many Experience are most important in our life.
Therefore North america university is better than korea university.
In my opinion, how many hours of classes do they take
North America university education system better than South Korea.
Normally North America university has 12~14 grades. But South Korea university has 18~21 grades. So South Korea university student has many times classes.
Perspective of university and student parents and social system, many grades are very good system. Because many grades chance to student widely studying and give student parents smiling. Because parents are happy for that son studying.
But many grades cause a lots of classes times. and a lots of classes cause a lot of home work, team project, studying etc....... So student don't have time for profound self studying, playing sports, enough rest time or some special acting. And we hard to ready exam.
I think especially self studying is very important. Because we need time to understand to study. it is not easy to understand learning at the time. so we need to self study.

In my opinion, the North American purpose of education is better than Korean.
In the case of Korea, 70%~80% of the high school students go on to University. A lot of them want to get professions. But every profession which they want are almost 'Red Ocean'. There are many jobs in korea but Korean students want only high class professions. Also Korean students have to pay a lot of educational expenses.
However North American high school students go on to University only 30~40%. If they don't have specific plan, they get another jobs. So North American students more easily get a job than Korean students and don't have to pay a lot of educational expenses for going on to university.
In my opinion, North American campus life is better than Korean campus life because univercities in North America have many library. On th other hands, Univercities in Korea usually have one library. This differences indicate many things. For example, finacial status of univercity, the quality of education ...etc. In order to build a building, it is necessary to a lot of money and because of a lot of books, quality of education also go up. This difference is a clear evidence that University of Noreth America is better than Univercity of Korea
Therefore, I think that North American campus life is better than Korean campus life
In my opinion United States college tuition is more expensive than Korea.
I do compared the tuition at UCLA and our school. UCLA's tuition was $ 5000.
But kut’s tuition is just $2200. There was more than twice. But there was reason enough. There was a UCLA big library and store large several tennis court football stadium and multiple pool. KUT have one tennis court one small library no pool. I was envious UCLA. Also, there is a shuttle bus to the school campus was too big. It’s amazing. Someday if I have opportunity to go UCLA as exchage student, I will pay gladly that money. I think it worth enough.
In my opinion , the North America university club activities is better than Korean university club activities.
North america university club activities is a wide range of sports clubs at college and university in the States. Ranging from ball games such as soccer, basketball, football and tennis to swimming, climbing, cycling, pep team and fitness, all kinds of sports clubs exist.
University in korea,however, there is no swimming pool.
Therefore,I think that North America university club activities is better than korean university club activities.
In my opinion, North American Campus learning culture is better than Korean University Campus. Because American Campus requires students creative thinking. But Korean university requires students to take only correct answers.
Moreover, quantity of assignment in Korean university is much than quantity of assignment in American Campus. So Korean students spare many time in order to complete tasks. As a result, Korean students are looked like stressed everyday.
So I think that North American Campus learning culture is better than Korean University Campus.

In my opinion, The festival between North American campus and Korean unversity is really differnt.
In Korea, the university club students lead the festival and only college students enjoy that.
But, in America, sports game like a football as well as club activities is another main program and citizen near the college also enjoy the festival.
So, I think North American college and Korean university's festival is defferent because of the main program and participants
In my opinion,the North America university is better than Korean university.
Only 20 percents of American teenagers enter university.Meanwhile, almost every Korean teenager want to enter university.
Although 20 percents of American teenager enter university,Americans live more richer and happier life than Koreans.American students can have much time to learn what they want.For example, they have liberty for study what they want to learn.

In my opinion, north america style is better than korea. It's like they enjoy campus life, as talking with other people, swimming in pool that is in their university, enjoying their free time. but In korea we have no time to think or enjoy our life just keep studying or doing assignment. It's terrible ! I hate it! And we have no pool! I love swimming I wanna swim in my college.
And I think it's the most powerful thing for me to get an idea north america's campus is better than korea that in dormitory they live together with men and women! unbelievable!! I love their culture. Our culture can't accept those thing. That's why I think north america's campus life is better than korea's
n my opinion, the dormitories for American university student is bad, because dorm for American university student is expensive than Korea's dorm. and usually American's dorm is used man and women. unisex dorm is impossibility in Korea's culture. Therefore, Korea's dorm is better than American's dorm.
In my opinion, the Korean university is better than North American university in tuitions. I searched for Stanford University out of state tuitions, it was about $41,250 in year. That exchanges for 44,000,000 won converted at current rates. It is too expensive in comparison with KUT's. I think there are many different factors like GNP and benefits.
The Korean university's tuition now has the world's second most expensive. I think it's need to reduce for someone who even really wants to study more.
In my opinion, Korean Universities.(K.U) is better than North American universities(N.A.U). K.U’s number of students is less than N.A.U. Likewise K.U’s Finances, building, and sport facilities are smaller than N.A.U. But small thing is very easy to administrate. That mean big thing is hard to adminstrate in all around. Maybe K.U. don,t have knowhow like that N.A.U manage the many students and facilities. But K.U. are developing. And I’m part of K.U.
In my opinion, North American lecture is better than Korean. Most of Korean lecture is one-sided teaching from professor to student. However, Most of North American lecture is bilateral connection. In North American lecture, Many professor encourage participation to their student. They make inquiries to their student about contents of a lecture. Student also want to make inquiries to their professor. This style helps students to be confident persons. So I envy this style of lecture. However, Nowadays Korean lecture is also changed to North American style. Some korean professor do North American style. Therefore, I think Korea will have a good lecture like North America. This style will make korean students to be confident person like North America.

In my opinion, North American University's lecture system is better than Korean lecture system. Because, in Korea in one time the lecture is usually over one hour. I think it makes students boring and not to focus. Also end of term, almost students forget about what they learned. It's so inefficient. But in North American University, the lecture time is divided to everyday. It makes students more focused on the lecture. So, I think North American lecture system is better than Korean.
In my opinon, North American University campus life is better than Korea university campus life. Because of I think North American University campus life is free. They have a pool they have a party. But Korea University campus life is very boring and tired. Korea University have a serve competition. Every day study and homework... I want a free!!

In my opinon, North American University campus life is better than Korea university campus life. because College students in Korea to study in order to get their work. but American students, going to college in hopes that they will study.

In my opinion, assignment for North America University student is better than Korea University. because Korea University have many assignment and lack free time. so student can’t enjoy well campus life.
But America University haver samll assignment, student enjoy campus life.
American’s campus life is better than Korea, too. they have pool, have party and drink at school.
I want to enjoy campus life, such as American University.

In my opinion, North American University campus life is better than Korea university campus life. Because Korea students have to study hard and do their homework well. So they are very tired.
But North American students are free than Korea student. So they have much hobby time than Korea students.
If Korea students will be free, they also study more effectively.
The Korean univeresity students take classes about 25 hours a week. But comparatively, the North American university students is less to take class,only about 17 hours a week. It is big difference. It affect their free time. In North America, The students have more free time. They enjoy many activities. So, There are lots of sports facilities including baseball field, shooting range and swimming pool for them in the university. In Korea, students spen their free time at the library to do assignment and to study their major. they can't enjoy real campus life. Because of many assignment!
In my opinion, when compared with only class hours, The North American campus life is better than Koreans'. Because I can spend more free time for self-improvement.
In my opinion,american university study workload is better than korean university.korean study workload is too many to enioy campus life.but i think american take importance in self-control. so i think between american and korea have both faces.but i preference american study workload style. i thiink, in study, there must have self regulating.
In my opinion, American university campus life is in a atmosphere of freedom than Korean university because they have less assignment than Korean university students.
In Korean university, professors require them a perfect work. So they usually suffer for their assignment, and they usually can't sleep well because they have to finish their work.
Comparing to Korean university students, American students less suffer for their assignment. So they can enjoy their campus life much than Korean university students.
In conclusion I think American students having much free atmosphere is better than Korean university students.
In my opinion, North American university is better than Korean university regarding basic humanities. North American students spend more time studying basic humanities than Korean students. Humanities is important in our lives.

In my opinion, korean university is in relation of top and bottom
with students and professors, but North American university is in equal relation with students and professors. North American university vacation is average one month~two months, but korean university is basically two months, some case are three months.

Hi richard. My topic is club activities. In my opinion, North American's club activities are better than Korean's club acitivities.
First, In Northe America, university students have a lot of times to enjoy club activities. In general, their classes finish at 3PM. However, In Korea, students have less time to enjoy club activities. There are so many assignment that students can't spend more time at club acitivities.
Second, there are many place enjoying club activities in north america. But, In korea, there are many spatial limitations. In my cases, when I was in high school's band club, there is no place that we play instruments. So we used to borrow bandroom that located far away from school.
In short, American students enjoy their club activities enough. But Korean students don't. I hope we can spend more time at club activities.

I think big different between two university is dimensions and the number of libraries.
America universities have at least 5 libraries more, and also each library has different speciality book. but Korea university have less books without a compeer ,because Korea university has almost one library and that library has not book in the whole space but make use of many uses. I think that vast library has good effect students in university.
Huge libraries’merit is offering massive imformation and lots of studying place. Massive information produce vast information that can’t find date in internet and newspaper and many place help to find easly studying room. It is a strong point!!
So, I hope that Korea universities make more libraries~

The difference is that the University of South Korea and the United States
First, the American University is shorter and the compact class time than Korea Unicersity.
Second, there are many place enjoying club activities in north america. But, In korea, there are many spatial limitations.
